By booking, you (“Client”) agree to these terms with Inspire Real Estate Media, operated by Inspire Creative Co., LLC (“we,” “us”).
The Client is responsible for making sure the property is shoot-ready and accessible at the scheduled time, including lights on, clutter and personal items put away, and vehicles moved from the driveway. The Client confirms that the owner and any occupants have consented to photography, video, drone and 3D capture. We are not responsible for personal items, valuables or sensitive information visible at the time of the shoot.
You can reschedule or cancel for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice are charged a $100 late cancellation fee. If we arrive and can’t access the property, or it isn’t ready and the shoot can’t go ahead, a $100 trip fee applies.
Exterior, drone and twilight shoots depend on the weather. If conditions aren’t suitable, you can reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. If we’ve already arrived on site and you choose to reschedule, the trip fee for your location applies; there’s no charge for appointments within Kitsap County. If we arrive and determine conditions aren’t workable, rescheduling is always free. All drone flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 rules. Some locations sit within restricted or controlled airspace, including areas near military installations. If a flight can’t be legally authorized, we’ll substitute ground-level exteriors or refund the drone portion of the order.
A travel fee may apply to properties outside Kitsap County, and it will be shown or confirmed before your shoot.
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of the shoot. 24-hour rush delivery of photos and drone stills is available as a $75 add-on. Media is delivered through your client portal. If a delay occurs, such as third-party floor plan processing, we’ll let you know.
Payment is due at checkout when your media is delivered. Full-resolution files are released once payment is complete or once a pay-at-close option has been selected and approved. Pay-at-close is offered through our third-party partner, Titus, and is subject to Titus’s own terms and approval. Pay-at-close is available only for properties being sold, not for vacation rental shoots.
We keep the copyright to all media we produce. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media to market the specific property listing. This covers the MLS, listing syndication sites, websites, social media and print materials, and it also covers the Client’s own portfolio. For vacation rental packages, the license instead covers marketing the specific rental property for as long as the Client rents it, including on booking platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, the Client’s own booking website and social media. For architecture, interior design and builder projects, the license instead covers marketing the Client’s own business, including their portfolio, website, social media, proposals and award submissions. When a project shoot is shared, each participating party receives this license separately for their own use. The media may not be sold, transferred or licensed to third parties without our written permission. Third parties include other agents, builders, sellers, stagers and designers. We may use the media in our own portfolio and marketing.
Our editing covers standard enhancements. We will not alter media in ways that misrepresent the permanent features or condition of the property. Virtual staging and virtual twilight images are digital representations. The Client is responsible for any disclosure that MLS rules require for altered images. Floor plans and 3D tour measurements are approximate and should not be used for appraisal, legal or construction purposes.
Please report any issue with delivered media within 7 days of delivery. If the problem is on our end, we’ll correct it or reshoot the affected portion at no charge. Reshoots caused by property conditions or Client requests are billed at our standard rates.
Matterport tours include 30 days of hosting. After that, you can either keep the tour hosted with us for $50/month, or we can transfer the space to your own Matterport account, subject to Matterport’s current plan pricing.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with venue in Kitsap County.
