Every film starts with a planning call, shot list, gimbal and drone footage, licensed music, a color grade, a 60–90 second cut and one round of revisions. Build on it with what your project needs. Signature includes the base film.

The architect, builder and interior designer on a project often all want the same photos. Each added firm pays 30% of the package price. Example: a Portfolio shoot shared by three firms is $2,393 total, about $798 each.
We photograph the finished project once, planned with input from everyone involved.
Each party licenses the images for their own marketing, so no one carries the full cost alone.

Real estate photos are made fast to sell one listing. Project photography is planned, styled and shot at the best time of day, and every image is hand-retouched: object removal, perspective correction and blended lighting. The license is different too: listing photos can only market that listing, while project photos can market your business for years.
Choose a package (Project Highlights $795, Portfolio $1,495 or Signature $2,795) and add what you need. Project films start at $995 and are built from the pieces you need. Very large or multi-site projects are quoted individually.
To market your own business: your portfolio, website, social media, proposals and award submissions. Other parties on the project can license the same images for their own use.
Once the project is fully finished: final clean done, landscaping in and any styling complete. We’ll help you plan the timing around the best light.

Across the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas. There’s no travel fee in Kitsap County, and travel fees may apply outside it.
