Meet Kemuel Newlin

Kemuel Newlin is the founder of Inspire Real Estate Media, based on the Kitsap Peninsula, and has been an FAA licensed drone pilot for five years. He came to the work through marketing and photojournalism coursework in 2019, taught himself the craft hands-on, and launched Inspire Creative Co. in 2020 as an online marketing company handling web design, social media management and marketing, and photo and video.

Two years in, he narrowed the focus to photo and video only, and over the years since has shot both brand and real estate media for hundreds of clients, crewed on an NBC series and multiple Hyatt Regency productions with other film production houses, and photographed land parcels across the region for remote land companies. He spent three years volunteering with Creative Mornings in Seattle and with the Poulsbo chapter, which he helped get off the ground from its earliest days.

Years managing retail and food service teams shaped how he thinks about customer experience and retention, which is really what listing media is. Today the business is real estate only, with Kemuel behind the camera on most shoots and a small bench of trusted contractors for the rest. He also runs an e-commerce store, because apparently one business wasn’t enough.
